I'll be honest. I don't actually like tofu. I've tried those pre-marinated ones and they are ok. But this is different. The miso adds extra flavour, and baking the tofu squares makes them a bit drier and crunchier. Both my husband and daughter ate the baked tofu before I had a chance to use them in another dish such as fried rice. They are actually fine to eat as a cold snack! Hard to believe, I know.
